Actility sponsors Hackathon organized by Swisscom from 6–8 November
Actility will be sponsor of a Hackathon organized by Swisscom from 6–8 November in Zürich.
The event will be the first Internet of Things Hackathon enabled by the Swiss telecom operator. Actility’s presence will help the participants by instructing on the use of the LoRa technology, to enable them to realize IoT applications via low-power, wide-area networks (LPWAN). Swisscom is currently cooperating with Actility to deploy the LoRa network in the cities of Geneva and Zürich in order to create Smart Cities. Actility’s assistance will therefore be very valuable for the programmers to be expected during the event.
The hackathon will kick off on 6 November with an introductory day, followed by two days of hack.
