Your day to day

You’ll identify, source and close new business opportunities. Using strong prospecting and consultative sales skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads for your pipeline, while also working a targeted account list.

Primary responsibilities:

To succeed in this job, you must:

  • Develop a plan with the sales manager to achieve goals.
  • Expand your accounts and territories by helping customers to succeed.
  • Create target prospect lists by a deep online prospection and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects acquired by a variety of outside sources.
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing and SDR leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
  • Demonstrate product features before sales. Structure sales pitches, and presentations.
  • Respond to pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling
  • Stay abreast of market trends.
  • Ensure successful follow up through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.

You might be a fit if you:

  • Are extremely self-motivated and tenacious with a diligent work ethic.
  • Have a BA / BS / MS degree preferably in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent required.
  • You have experience selling technology platforms, software, hardware, solutions, with at least 2-5 years’ experience selling to medium to large-sized enterprises.
  • Have exceptional conversation and communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Have an ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Are adept in computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates should be perfectly fluent in English plus a second language such as Spanish, Italian or Arabic.

Votre mission :
Le rôle de R&D Development Engineer comporte les missions suivantes :
• Evaluer la faisabilité et la charge de travail des stories et participer aux choix techniques
• Intervenir en backup dans le cadre d’astreintes régulières ou exceptionnelles pour assister lors des opérations de maintenance
• Respecter les choix d’entreprise :
− En termes de langages,
− En termes d’outils de développements,
− En termes de frameworks,
− En termes de versioning,
− En termes de briques logicielles établies,
− En termes de module graphique TPE, charte graphique
• Proposer (ne pas imposer) des évolutions dans les choix d’entreprise
• Développer et maintenir les programmes, les interfaces, … en conformité avec les spécifications
• Procéder à des revues croisées du code
• Développer et maintenir les tests du composant* (cf note)
• S’assurer que les tests soient opérationnels avant chaque livraison
• Fournir les rapports des tests effectués aux équipes de pré-intégration et d’intégration
• Utiliser les outils corporate d’intégration continue (Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Clang, Artifactory, TestLink)
• Rendre compte de l’état d’avancement des travaux
• Lever des alertes en cas de retards, problèmes techniques, manque de tests
• Prendre en compte, après priorisation, les demandes de correctifs pouvant provenir de la pré-intégration, de l’intégration ou du support
• Être référent dans son domaine de compétence assigné
• Faire de la veille pour assurer une amélioration continue du produit
• Utiliser Jira pour la gestion du temps passé (work log)
*Note : par compétence assigné cela peut s’entendre
− En termes de produit (TPE, TWA backend, LRC…),
− En termes de technologie (e.g. mongoDB, Bootstrap, Angular…)
*Note : Par tests de composants on entend tous les tests pouvant être hiérarchisés comme suit :
− Tests de composants devant comprendre :
− Tests unitaires black box (cas droits, cas d’erreurs, cas aux limites)
− Tests unitaires white box (couverture de code)
− Tests d’intégration à l’échelle du composant devant comprendre :
− Tests d’assemblage avec des bouchons
− Tests d’IHM (Jasmine karma…)
− Tests d’API (interactions entre les composants)
• Tests de charges/performances/endurance permettant de valider que le composant supporte au minimum la charge cible.
− La charge cible peut définir des règles de dimensionnement, avec des temps de réponse attendus,
− Le développeur devra procéder aux tests et vérifier que le composant n’a pas de défaut (fuites de mémoire, fuites de CPU, …) et mettre en œuvre des solutions (techniques, ou de process, etc) pour prévenir et corriger en concertation ce genre d’erreurs.

Votre mission :

• Concevoir et maintenir les solutions de déploiement et de supervision de réseaux IoT, en mettant l’accent sur les technologies LoRaWAN.
• Dans des architectures innovantes basées sur Docker, Ansible et Kubernetes, assurer l’industrialisation de nos produits, en effectuant l’installation, l’assemblage des composants logiciels tiers et l’intégration des progiciels.
• Développer des logiciels de qualité en utilisant des outils tels que Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Artifactory et Grafana.

Your day to day

As SDR you will join an international Sales team where you will be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel.  You will be in touch with companies from various industries and in different countries.  You will identify and generate sales opportunities through online search tools and outbound calling activities.

  • Create target prospect lists by a deep online prospection and penetrate key accounts.

  • Cold call into prospects acquired by a variety of outside sources (email, social media, phone, etc.).

  • Get in front of at least 10-15 prospects a day.

  • Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities through sales conversations.

  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.

You might be a fit if you :

  • Are extremely self-motivated and tenacious with a diligent work ethic;
