Actility Offers New PTC Marketplace solution – ThingWorx Connector for ThingPark Enabling ThingWorx Users to deploy a dedicated enterprise IoT LoRaWAN networks with seamless connection and integration into the ThingWorx Platform.
Actility has joined the PTC Partner Network and today announced that the integration of its ThingPark IoT platform with PTC’s ThingWorx® Industrial IoT Solutions Platform has been validated by PTC (NASDAQ: PTC). With the validation, the connecting solution, ThingWorx Connector for ThingPark, has achieved ThingWorx Ready status. The PTC ThingWorx Ready program enables technology companies to validate their products’ interoperability with PTC’s Industrial IoT platform. In addition to its ThingWorx Ready designation, the ThingWorx Connector for ThingPark is also available on the PTC Marketplace, a digital space where PTC partners and customers can access and promote industrial IoT tools, market-ready solutions, and innovative technologies designed to aid solution deployments.
ThingPark connects physical assets to their digital twins, delivering IoT sensors data from LoRaWAN networks to IoT applications. The ThingWorx Connector for ThingPark enables the transformation of IoT sensor data into actionable insights, simplifying the visualization and analysis of payloads within the ThingWorx platform.
In the value chain of IoT use cases, like vibration monitoring or water metering, Actility provides the connectivity layer, powered by its Enterprise grade LoRaWAN network server – ThingPark Enterprise, the leading LoRaWAN private networking solution. The ThingWorx Connector for ThingPark provides ThingModels to interface the two environments. This extension utilizes the MQTT Connector. The ThingPark Extension enables the creation of a ThingPark Thing in ThingWorx and transfers data automatically within the platform. The Thing houses the configuration information to the ThingPark instance and provides services, including setting the uplink and downlink endpoints.
