Actility and LineMetrics have partnered to focus on energy efficiency of existing buildings and to help the B2B sector achieve resources optimization.

Actility and LineMetrics have worked together to offer an all-in-one system, including sensors, gateways, software, and connectivity, which is a complete solution to obtain insights regarding existing buildings. Therefore, customers can focus on results, whereas LineMetrics takes care of the technical solution. The platform is based on LoRaWAN technology, which allows the transmission of data over great distances, in real time, and with a high building penetration, possible even over whole building complexes.
Linemetrics counts on LoRaWAN technology and various sensors, like Abeeway’s long-lasting battery powered location sensors, connected to gateways which collect the data from the sensors and transmit the information to the cloud thanks to LoRaWAN network provided and managed by Actility. The data is sorted through the data management center for multi property owners and operators, which includes functions like individual dashboards, alerting, sharing and permanent storage of all building data and API, for data transmission between the platform and external systems, making the solution extremely simple to expand if needed.
