Actility SaaS and support services are still fully operating as under normal conditions and our SLAs are unchanged. Our datacenter is fully georedundant on 3 independent sites, none of which is expected to be impacted by the current conditions.

Telework

All Actility employees who can telework without impact on their daily objectives have been requested to work from home. The company already had in place a VPN infrastructure for all employees ensuring full remote access to corporate IT resources and unchanged level of security for all communication. In addition, all employees have a corporate laptop and have access to hosted videoconferencing, so they are able to organize online meetings and therefore our operating schedules have not changed: physical meetings are converted to online meetings.

2-team policy

For all teams which require physical presence in the office, in case more than one team member will be present, they are required to have no contact and work in separate rooms.

Shipping

Shipping from our main warehouses in France continues, however expect additional transit delays as freight forwarders are unable to predict shipment delays due to longer customs operations and modified transport schedules.

Several hardware references are expected to go out-of-stock in the coming weeks due to higher resupply delays, however all committed orders as of 18/03/2020 are expected to be fulfilled on-time and we still have some security stock available for all regions.

Our sales teams will assist in helping you find equivalent references in case your primary supplier choice is no longer available, this is one of the key benefits of our hardware independent IoT platform architecture.
