We’ve also introduced a product review mechanism that solicits feedback two weeks after a purchase, ensuring we maintain high standards and continually improve.
The buyer account interface has been simplified and enriched, making it easy to save cards for future payments, manage subscriptions and quotes, and communicate seamlessly with sellers. A new feature allows users to effortlessly switch between buyer and seller accounts, creating a truly fluid marketplace experience.
The launch includes a new, intuitive seller portal, complete with a performance dashboard to track sales and identify growth opportunities. It enables sellers to manage orders, inventory, and customer interactions conveniently, enhancing business efficiency.
